Absolutely Fantastic Stay!
convenient location polite staff beautiful courtyard
The location just rocks! It was super close to bus and train stations and made zipping around so easy. The team were really good and was always polite. I really liked the beautiful courtyard. Such a perfect spot after a long day.
Our room had really low ceilings plus there were ventilation issue, specially in the bathroom. It smelled musty, kind of a bummer

The room was super clean, and I appreciated that. It had a queen bed, super comfy! The design was elegant. the air conditioning worked perfectly, it was a great escape from outside temperatures.

The hotel's location made exploring really easy. Close to all transit spots. Piazzale Roma bus stations were only five minutes away, this made hopping on a bus a total breeze. The train station was an easy ten-minute walk.

I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet! It included a hearty and generous spread. There were many restaurants close by, and I found some awesome spots. It made trying local flavors simple.

the room offered individual temperature control, that was important to me. complimentary treats like cookies and chocolates were provided. the hotel's location near piazzale roma was excellent especially after arrival.

adequate stay with some drawbacks
poor ventilation saggy mattress
The room felt a bit stuffy (i think there was an issue with the ventilation). also, the mattress was old and saggy, really impacting my sleep. breakfast wasn't great either. The coffee tasted burnt and the quality seemed low. plus, the garden terrace was overrun with pigeons. They were snatching food right off the tables. it made it impossible to eat out there.

convenient location helpful staff serene garden
My room was a Classic Queen Room. I found the location very convenient near Piazzale Roma (it is a short walk). The staff was consistently helpful and cute . The hotel also has a serene garden area, a great spot to relax after a day of exploring.
The taxi service quoted by the hotel was significantly more expensive than alternatives (it was double the price).

a very pleasant stay
train station customer care fine room quiet environment
the hotel location was very close to both the train station and the bus station. this proximity made travel quite convenient. the staff was really good they provided the best customer care. my room was fine it was a great experience. the hotel was very quiet so i slept well.
the air conditioning in the room was not usable.

i found the staff friendly and helpful! the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. its great location made all sights accessible and the nearby bus station simplified my return journey home.
the hotel had air conditioning advertised, though it was not fully functional, it impacted my overall comfort.
